Open Archery - Carrot River Outdoors Club is currently seeking active members to assist in offering programs 

Indoor Walking @ Community Hall, $5/month. Runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00am except for special events (funerals, weddings ect.) Program is set to resume November 6, 2024.

Weekend Public Skate & Shinny;  begins September 28th and runs Fridays 3:45pm - 5:15pm, Saturdays 4:15pm - 5:15pm and Sundays 1-3pm. Purchase a single or family skate pass or pay a drop in rate. Watch for pop up times! You can stay up to date on arena use through our public calendar: CLICK TO VIEW

Indoor Soccer for Youth runs every winter/spring for four weeks out of CRES gym, typically in March. This is a one day a week program for children grades 1-4 and is free. We are currently seeking volunteer coaches to run this program.

Spring Soccer for Youth - 2025 program will resume April 2025. Watch for registration in April (annually) and please consider volunteering

Minor Ball The AGM and Registration will be held in February.

Adult Recreation Hockey has two teams in Carrot River. Contact Carl Friesen or Parry Williams to find out more OR to join either team

Snowshoe & Cross Country Ski Trails - Ski trails are located at Pasquia Regional Park and are groomed as soon as the weather allows. Trails are accessed from the parking lot at Pasquia Regional Park. The ski trials follow the Pasquia Golf Course and are located to the west of the parking lot. Snowshoe trails are located at the Rifle Range, 10 minutes east of Carrot River on range road 2111. NOTE that trails are not groomed regularly. The town office does have snowshoes available to borrow, call 306-768-2515
