Winter Festival -Held every third weekend in March we celebrate the ending of winter with a weekend-long festival full of various activities: Chainsaw competition, festival breakfast, curling bonspiel, and more!

Family Festival - Held every Saturday prior to Fathers Day. A fun filled day with activities for the whole family! Plan to attend and watch the parade, enjoy entertainment and take part in the afternoon activities! 

Tri-Unity Challenge - We invite you to our Multi-K walk, jog or run event held annually on the second Saturday of August at Pasquia Regional Park. You can register for either 3K, 5K, 10K or 21K by calling 306.768.3833 beginning in May. This is an event for all ages and abilities! 

Cruise Night and Car Show - NEW DATE July 27, 2024. We invite you to register your car for the show, swap and cruise. Of course all spectators are welcome. There will be live music and food vendors. 

OUTBACK KCRA Rodeo - This annual rodeo is a must! I happens the third weekend in July, features a cabaret Saturday evening and a family day Sunday. Check out their website Outback KCRA Rodeo

Christmas on Main - Held the Wednesday before Black Friday in November. Help Carrot River kick off the Holiday Season with late night shopping, activities, visits with Santa and a bonfire at the Community Square!

Hockey Day in Carrot River - this event runs the third weekend of December. All local teams play at home!

Winter Wonderland on Ice - Enjoy festive skating with friends and family during the holidays as we light up and decorate our arena and offer free skating! Held annually on December 23, 24 & 26. Watch our Facebook page for times closer to the date. 

Santa Clause Day - Carrot River Young Women's Club hosts the annual Santa Clause Day in conjunction with Christmas on Main, watch for details closer to the date. Plan to visit Santa and get your picture taken, stick around for sleigh rides!

Minor Hockey Radio Auction - Held the first Saturday in November join the Carrot River Minor Hockey and CJVR in a live radio broadcast auction, hockey games, ribs, and beer garden!
